How to Use

1. Prepare the Area Mask the headlight edges with tape to protect surrounding surfaces.
2. Polish the Headlight Surface Use 3000-grit sandpaper with water to wet-sand the headlight until smooth. For heavily damaged headlights: Follow the sanding steps below, always wet-sanding each stage: Step 1: 500–600 grit Step 2: 800–1000 grit Step 3: 1200–1500 grit Step 4: 2000 grit Step 5: 3000 grit
3. Apply Polishing Paste Rinse the headlight, apply a small amount of polishing paste to the sponge, and polish thoroughly.
4. Rinse & Dry Wash the headlight again and dry completely.
5. Apply the HGKJ Headlight Coating Use a sponge or suede cloth to apply an even coat across the headlight surface. Allow to dry naturally. Avoid touching the surface for 2 hours. Keep away from rain for 3 days. Apply only once – do not recoat.

Important Notes

• Suitable only for resin/plastic headlight covers.
• If product contacts areas outside the headlight, wipe immediately with a damp cloth.
• Avoid using under direct sunlight.
• Do not apply in dusty or windy environments to prevent scratches.
