At PulseTech, we know not everyone can pay in full straight away — so we’ve created Pulse Pay, our Pay-Over-Time Lay-By option to make shopping easier and more flexible for you.

Pulse Pay allows you to secure your item with a deposit, then pay the remaining balance over time. Your order will be sent once it’s fully paid.

Please Note: PulsePay is a temporary payment option and will only be available until Afterpay and Zip are fully activated on our store.

• Choose the product you want
• Pay a 30% deposit to secure your item
• Pay the remaining balance over 4 weeks
• Pay as little or as much as you like with each payment
• Once fully paid – we ship your order 🎉

No interest. No hidden fees.

💰 Payments

• Minimum deposit: 30% of your total order
• Payments can be made weekly or whenever you choose within the 4-week period
• Payments are made via bank transfer or manual payment (details will be provided after sign-up)

📦 When Will My Order Be Sent?

Your order will be packed and shipped once full payment has been received.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

We understand things can change, so here’s how cancellations work:

• If you cancel your Pulse Pay plan, your 30% deposit will be refunded
• Any payments made after the deposit are non-refundable
• If PulseTech cannot supply your product for any reason, you will receive a full refund including all payments made

This ensures fairness to you, while also protecting stock that has been reserved for your order.

🕒 Missed Timeframe

• If full payment has not been made within 4 weeks, your order may be cancelled
• If you need more time, please contact us — we’re flexible where possible

  3. We will reply with your order total + deposit amount + payment instructions
